Are we getting enough Nuts?

Expect more from me on this subject. But I believe we are not digesting enough Nuts and seeds. The important word here is 'DIGESTING'.

One of the best things Christmas 2011 has brought for me is a pressie I bought for myself a short time, very short time before Christmas.

I have used it every day since I got it delivered Amazon UK.
